Gas Water Heater Installation

There are a few things to keep in mind when installing a gas water heater. First, you will need to properly vent the unit. This can be done by running a PVC pipe from the rear of the unit to an outside wall. Next, you’ll need to connect a cold water supply line to the inlet on the unit. Once these two connections are made, you can then turn on the gas and light the pilot light. Finally, open up the hot water faucet in your home to allow air into the system and get the water flowing.

Electric Tankless Water Heater Installation

There are several things you will need to consider before installing a electric tankless water heater. First, you will need to determine the flow rate of your water and whether or not the model you are considering can meet your needs. You will also need to make sure that you have an adequate electrical supply to support the unit.

Once you have determined that a electric tankless water heater is right for you, installation is relatively simple. The first step is to shut off the water supply to your current water heater and disconnect the hot and cold water lines. Next, remove the old unit and install the new one according to manufacturer’s instructions. Finally, reconnect the hot and cold water lines and turn on the water supply.
