Chuck was great technician, friendly & knowledgeable. Would request him going forward. It's rare we need plumbing services, but when we do, we always call Elek!
technician was knowledgable, courteous, and freindly
It took some time because while we were called at 10AM to say that the Service Tech would arrive in 30 mins. He never showed up, and after calls, and finally showing up at 2:30 PM, Zach did a nice job with good explanation along the way.
Both techs were curteous and patient as they explained the issue and the costs. I would recommend them to anyone.
Kevin was extremely professional and helpful in explaining issues. Very impressed.
Although the supplier provided an incorrect part, Elek corrected the situation within hours. I was very satisfied with the service, the technician's work, and the product.
Definitely an Elek customer from now on
Service was great, plumber was very courteous. Just priced way too high. 355 for a clogged drain. Just can't afford to pay that. Will look elsewhere next time. Sad to go because your entire team is very friendly. Strictly a cost move.
