SPRING HVAC TUNE-UP:

• Clean or replace washable air filter 
• Check all operating systems *
• Check contactor and all electrical components
• Visual inspection for refrigerant leaks
• Clean and flush condensate drain
• Inspect all wiring and connections
• Check and spray wash evaporator coil
• Check and inspect outside condensing unit
• Spray wash outside unit
• Check and record superheat and sub-cooling temperature of unit

FALL HEAT PUMP TUNE-UP:

• Clean or replace washable air filter
• Check all operating systems *
• Inspect all wiring/connections (inside and outside units) and measure voltage of incoming power
• Clean debris out of outside unit
• Check contactor and all components
• Check operation of defrost control
• Measure hot gas temperatures

FALL GAS BOILER/GAS FURNACE TUNE-UP:

• Visually inspect condition of unit
• Check blower motor and blower wheel, lubricate bearing assembly if ports are provided
• Clean burners and burner assembly
• Check and clean pilot assembly
• Inspect heat exchanger for cracks
• Clean and inspect chimney base
• Check operation of unit
• Check and test all safety limits
• Clean or replace washable air filters
• Check and setup temp rises on furnaces
• Check thermostat and set heat anticipator

OIL BOILER/OIL FURNACE TUNE-UP:*

• Fire test unit
• Check/Clean equipment, blower components, and burner motor
• Replace oil filter, pump screen, and nozzle
• Check all safety limits on unit
• Check cad cell eye and record readings
• Setup unit with electronic equipment
